How it works

1. A homeowner asks for help on our site: ZIP code, original installer, how they pay, what's wrong, and their contact details. Every request includes their consent to be contacted.
2. We send it to you the same business day by email, if the request falls in your service area.
3. You contact them and quote the job directly. We stay out of the way.

Founding partner terms

• Your first 5 requests are free. See the quality before you pay anything.
• Then a flat fee per request: $40 for repair and monitoring requests, $75 for panel removal and reinstall or battery jobs.
• Exclusive in your area. One company per area while you're a partner, so you're not racing three competitors to the phone.
• Bad contact details are credited. If a phone number and email are both invalid, tell us within 7 days and it's free.
• No contract, no minimum. Billed monthly. Pause or stop anytime.

Founding terms are locked for 12 months for the first partners in each area.

What we ask of partners

• A current state contractor license and insurance.
• Willingness to service systems you didn't install.
• Contact within one business day, and an honest written quote.
• No pressure to buy a new system when a repair will do.
